3529248 - Technical user is not able to receive workflow notification email using workflow related email templates

Symptom

  • Email template SWF_CRT_NOTIFY_RECIPIENTS is used to send notification mail to the recipients of the work item to notify a workflow is pending for approval, SWF_WORKFLOW_COMPLETE_NOTIFY is used to send notification mail to the requestor of a request for the workflow processing result.
  • The email recipients as technical users can not receive the corresponded notification mail.
