3529295 - Service C_BILLINGDOCUMENTFS_CDS is missing which leads to the problem that Fiori app Billing Document Fact Sheet app (F1901) cannot work well

Symptom

When accessing the Billing Document app(App ID - F1901), the screen appears blank. An error message is displayed: "Vocabulary Annotation File 'C_BILLINGDOCUMENTFS_CDS_VAN' version '0001' not found on SAP GW Server". The issue persists despite following all configuration steps for the Fiori app.
