• Execution of MRP for a product results in an error message displayed in the Planning screen.
• The error message states: "Product ABC in planning area PQR planned with failures; save and check results of interactive planning log."

Note : ABC and PQR and sample IDs and not real IDs of product or planning area. 

Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Supply Planning work center.
2. Proceed to the Products view.
3. Search for and select the relevant Product, Planning area combination.
4. Choose the Open button.
5. Select the Run Planning button and choose the Single or Multi BoM Level as per the business requirement.

• The demand quantity for the product planning area combination exceeds the maximum lot size quantity maintained in the Production model of the product.
• The maximum lot size maintained in product master is more than that of the maximum lot size maintained in the Production model. 

• Adjust the maximum lot size in the production model or adjust the demand requirement as agreed with the business.
• The maximum lot size in product master should be less than that of maximum lot size in production model.
