3529402 - Enhancing Job Description with AI

Recruiters (hiring managers) can enhance and generate job descriptions using generative AI capabilities.

You can enhance and generate job descriptions based on the job requisition fields configured in the Metadata Framework object. The field types textArea, rte, text, date, percent, bool, number, currency, picklist, competencies, object, and the skill attribute are supported for the fields configured in the Metadata Framework object. However, the field types enum, derived, attachment, instruction, jobcode, questions, operator, and operator team aren’t supported.

• Tokens in the job description aren’t supported when you enhance the job description using AI.

• The internal job description and job title are always considered as a source for enhancing the job description, even if they aren’t configured in the Recruiting Fields for AI Enhanced Job Description Metadata Framework object.

• The interview question, header, and footer sections on the job description template aren’t considered for enhancing the job description irrespective of their selection status.
