3529489 - Employee Information Fields Non-Editable in Latest People Profile

•  In the latest People Profile, the Employee Information section is non-editable.
• Previously created separate sections are now displayed as one card.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors instance.
2. Navigate to any user's Latest people profile.
3. Go to Employee Information (Live Profile User Information) Card under Personal information Category, observe fields are not editable and all appear as one.

This is the expected behavior with the latest People Profile. Additionally, in the latest People Profile, the display of fields in the Employee Information card is preset in a fixed order and cannot be customized.

Customer can create Custom User Information block in configure Latest people profile. Field visibility will be shown as per below logic. You can find more detail on how to create User Information block as per Guide.

• For Employee Central customers The fields defined in HRIS Sync are updated by the HRIS sync process, and non-HRIS fields can be updated through UI or the Import Employee Data admin tool.
• Non-Employee Central customers can modify all the field from UI.
