3529489 - Fields are no longer editable for Employee Information on the latest Employee Profile - 2411

• In the latest people profile, the employee information section appears non-editable.
• Previously created separate sections are now displayed as one card.

SAP Success Factors Employee Profile 2411

1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors instance.
2. Navigate to any user's Latest people profile.
3. Go to Employee Information (Live Profile User Information) Card under Personal information Category, observe fields are not editable and all appear as one.

This is the expected behavior with the latest people profile. All fields are non-editable for all users. In addition, in the latest People Profile, you cannot define which fields are displayed in which way in a Employee Information card. The fields for display are preset in a fixed order. 

• For Employee Central customers, the HRIS fields are updated by the HRIS sync process, and non-HRIS fields can be updated through the Import Employee Data admin tool.
• Non-Employee Central customers can modify the field value through the Employee Import admin tool.
