3529588 - Quality Certificate is not visible in QC55 for lot origin 17 inspection lot

Symptom

  • The inspection lot is created with system status CTCM "Certificate Confirmation Missing. (In case of a decentral EWM, the inspection document pair has status QI15 "Certificate Missing".) Therefore, the header Usage Decision is prevented in the lot, as expected in standard. However, the certificate cannot be found and received in transaction QC55.
  • Missing entries in table QCPR (QM quality certificates in procurement) after goods receipt in EWM scenario.
