The SAP Content Server does not start. The following error is reported on the SAP Content Server trace file dev_cs in DIR_HOME (i.e. /usr/sap//C00/work):
*** ERROR => IcmBindService: NiBuf2Listen failed for host >host name>:<port> (rc=-4): NIESERV_USED
*** WARNING => IcmAddService: Could not start service (rc=-22) PORT=<port number>,PROT=HTTP,TIMEOUT=60,PROCTIMEOUT=60
The error can occur on both the HTTP port and the HTTPS port.
