Symptom
- After selecting the Plan type during the installment plan creation process, the Plan category and related fields are not populating.
- All necessary backend configurations for the Plan Type and Plan Category have been completed.
- The service "InstallmentPlan" is correctly invoked during the creation process and responses are visible in developer tools.
- Despite the successful response from the service, the data fails to display on the V2 Screen.
