Symptom

  • Technical system is not available under any of the policies in the CSA policy management.
  • In CSA Administration, when selecting the affected collector, following message appears under Extractor Code/Message: "8 - User SDAGENT has no auth S_ADMI_FCD ST0R or /SDF/E2E ACTVT=03 in system 'SID'"
