3530111 - PPX - Certain Fields are no longer visible for Employee Information on the latest Employee Profile - 2H2024

Symptom

Certain fields from Live Profile User Information Block are no longer visible in the Latest People Profile, that were visible in the legacy people profile.

Environment

SAP Success Factors Employee Profile 2411

 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
  2. Navigate to any user's profile.
  3. Go to Employee Information card on Employee Profile and try to find specific field that was previously visible on the legacy people profile, for example, login method.
  4. Observe that this field is not visible.

Cause

This is expected behavior in the Latest People Profile. The fields for display are preset in a fixed order and cannot be defined by the user.

Resolution

  • In the Latest People Profile, you cannot define which fields are displayed in which way in a Employee Information card. The fields for display are preset in a fixed order.
  • Fields displayed in each sections of Employee Information Card can be found in the guide.
