3530144 - [2H 2024] Report count behavior in Spotlight Card - Employee Central

• While viewing an employee spotlight card, no indication of report count is visible since always.
• This number was presented in Employee Details card when hovering cursor on employee under Organization section > next to Direct Reports row.

1. Search for the specific employee.
2. Click on the Employee Details scorecard.
3. Observe that in the spotlight view, there is no report count.

This is an expected behavior as per Product Design right now.

In the previous release, if you had "Enable the latest People Profile" disabled in Company System and Logo Settings, Employee Details smaller card showed Direct Reports row as per screenshot above.

Profile Profile now shows data accordingly to Guide: Profile Preview of the Latest People Profile.

On the other hand, if Direct Reports row is still important for your business, you may consider voting on Influence Idea: Display Employee reports count in Spotlight Preview | Spotlight View.
