3530178 - SAC: Data entry takes longer time after multiple inputs (BW/BPC live connection with compounded characteristics involved)

1. The issue only happens in BPC/BW live connection scenario but the performance problems only exist in SAC side and not in BW query via RSRT.
2. The backend BW query is based on a multiprovider or HCPR with CMP problems for compounded characteristics. 
3. in SAC: when entering more than approx. 6 values without saving or publishing in between, the calculation of the table for the sum nodes and other relevant values in the table takes a lot of time (>1 min).
4. in SAC: it usually takes only 3-4 sec for one data entry to show "yellow" status as input ready, after 20-25 planning inputs the time to make the next data entry,  the "input ready status" takes more than 9 sec.
