3530190 - Buttons Disabled In Notes Editor

In Hypernotes editor, the 'Link' and 'Remove Link' buttons are disabled and not available for use.

This scenario is applicable for any entity that uses Notes. Below are the steps to reproduce issue in Case entity:

1. From the Navigation Menu, go to Cases.
2. Open a Case in detail view.
3. Under General Tab, go to Notes Section and create a new note.

Notice that in the editor, two buttons are disabled - Insert Link and Remove Link.

Insert Link and Remove Link buttons are only enabled in following scenario:

1. Insert Link button is enabled when a text is selected in the editor to which link will be added.
2. Remove Link button will be enabled when a text which has a link is selected in the editor.

This is the system designed behavior.
