3530413 - Queries regarding Onboarding dashboard filters

Query 1:

• New hire types were added which are not in Use and would like to remove them from the options available. How to edit the options available in the Hire Type dropdown on the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding dashboard?

Query 2: 

• Currently when we uncheck the filter option and save, the option remains checked, and we are unable to remove the filters. Can we remove the filters from the onboarding dashboard using the Adapt filter option?

Resolution 1: 

• Currently it is not possible to edit the options available in the Hire Type dropdown in onboarding dashboard. 
• If you would like to change the current behavior,  you may submit this as an enhancement requests to engage our Product Team.

Resolution 2: 

• Saving the filter selection is not in scope of 2411 release. This is how currently the system functions and it's not possible to remove filters.
