3530435 - Issue with My Leave Request Application After System Upgrade

Symptom

Upon launching the My Leave Request application and attempting to create a new request, the selection screen fails to appear. The following errors can be observed in the Console Log (F12 Browser):

  • Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'attachDisplay')
  • Error: The target you tried to get "creationWithParams" does not exist.
