• The home assignment is terminated before the end date of the global assignment.

Employee Central: Global Assignment

1. Terminate a global assignment for a test user with an end date of 12/31/2024.
2. Log in as the home assignment and terminate the user.
3. The user gets terminated before the end of the global assignment.

There is no feature that can make sure Global Assignment termination is prior to Home Assignment termination, but you can use a validation rule to raise an warning when you are about to terminate home assignment.
