3530617 - Issue with Updating Fixed Address in Contract Account on Service Cloud and S4HANA

Symptom

  • Changes to the Fixed address are not saved in SAP Service Cloud or S4HANA.
  • Post messages via the ContractAccountMDT service appear successful, but the address is not updated in the FKKVKP table in S4.
  • The Service Cloud UI does not reflect updates after selecting a help value for the address.
