3530660 - Code List Restriction not Work Inside Case Flow

When applying a Code List Restriction for fields that are inside of a Case Flow, the Code List does not work.

• SAP Sales Cloud V2
• SAP Service Cloud V2

1. Go to the Settings > All Settings
2. Navigate to Extensibility > Code List Restriction
3. Configure a restriction for field that are inside of a Case Flow 
Result: when accessing the entity and look for the fields, the code list is not working

This is a current limitation of the system.

The development team is already working to implement this feature enhancement. 
The release date is planned for December 2024. 
While the feature is not live, as an workaround to the code list to work, the fields used in the configuration (as control fields and code to restrict) must be outside of the Case Flow.
