3530714 - Inactive Sales Phase Displayed in Opportunity List Chart View

An inactive Sales Phase is still being displayed in the Chart View of the Opportunity List.

1. Open the Navigation menu.
2. Go to the Guided Selling view.
3. Open the Chart View.
4. Observe the Sales Phase Chart, where an entry shows a Sales Phase that is not active in the configuration.

The Sales Phase still exists in the database, even though it has been deactivated in the system configuration. This ensures that all historical data related to Opportunities assigned to that Sales Phase remains intact and thus appears in the Chart and Table View.

This is the expected system behavior. The inactive Sales Phase is displayed because it is still associated with historical Opportunities and is retained in the database for data integrity and historical accuracy. No action is required, as this behavior ensures the completeness of the historical data.
