Symptom
The Customer Group cannot be added on the header of Account via Adaptation.
Environment
- SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
- SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the navigation menu.
- Select Account view.
- In the view, locate and open the desired account.
- On the left panel, find the Main Contact field.
- Note that the Main Contact field is not editable.
- Additionally, click on the "Expand Panel" option.
Resolution
This is not feasible due to the absence of a designated Main. There is no possibility to set a default, as multiple customer groups exist and no Main option is defined.
