3530727 - Customer Group Cannot Be Added on the Header of Accounts

Symptom

The Customer Group cannot be added on the header of Account via Adaptation.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
  • SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the navigation menu.
  2. Select Account view.
  3. In the view, locate and open the desired account.
  4. On the left panel, find the Main Contact field.
  5. Note that the Main Contact field is not editable.
  6. Additionally, click on the "Expand Panel" option.

Resolution

This is not feasible due to the absence of a designated Main. There is no possibility to set a default, as multiple customer groups exist and no Main option is defined.
