Symptom
- Issue may have occurred after a windows update/OS patching
- CCM > SIA properties > Configuration Tab > fetching cluster information throws an error:
"Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database. Reason: SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system Database "OD1_CMS_DSN", Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]SSL Security error." - Event Viewer throws the same error
