The I-9 reverification notification tasks are being assigned to the default admin account instead of the appropriate HR coordinator.

1. Initiate the onboarding process for a candidate in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 system.
2. Reach the I-9 reverification notification task step.
3. Observe that the task is assigned to the default admin account instead of the appropriate HR coordinator.

• The issue is caused by a missing configuration in the "reverification" process under the assignment actions.
• This missing configuration is causing the system to assign the task to the user with the most permissions.

1. Access the "reverification" process settings in the Super Admin.
2. Locate the assignment actions section.
3. Add the appropriate logic to ensure the reverification tasks are assigned to the correct user based on the required criteria (e.g., location).
4. Save the changes and test the process to confirm the tasks are now being assigned correctly.
