3530785 - Single user cannot see Companion icon in SuccessFactors

Symptom

  1. Some users can't see the ? icon in SuccessFactors when using Edge as the browser. However, they can see the ? icon when using other browser such as Chrome.
  2. In the console log, the following error occurs:
    Help4.js:1  Uncaught (in promise) NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load 'https://xxxxx.enable-now.cloud.sap/pub/SCE_Prod/.catalogue?%7B%22product%22%3A%22SFSF%22%2C%22version%22%3A%221805%22%2C%22appUrl%22%3A%5B%22HOME%2FHOME_TAB%2FHOME_V4%22%2C%22HOME%2FHOME_TAB%2FHOME_V4!whatsnew%22%5D%2C%22locale%22%3A%5B%22en-US%22%2C%22en-GB%22%5D%2C%22solution%22%3A%22sfsf%22%7D': Document is already detached.
  3. The issue doesn't occur when using the InPrivate mode of Edge
