The "Forwarded" and the "New Application" statuses are available when forwarding candidates to job requisitions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Select a candidate to forward to a job requisition.
2. The "Forwarded" and the "New Application" statuses appear in the status options.

The "Forwarded" and the "New Application" statuses are standard options in the Forward to Requisitions functionality and cannot be hidden.

The "Forwarded" status is the default option, while the "New Application" status requires the Late-Stage application to be enabled.
