Symptom

Restart a finished production task, an error triggered: Restart not possible; posting on DD.MM.YYYY blocked.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to work center Production Control.
  2. Access view Task Control.
  3. Select a finished task ABC, click Change Status - Restart, error triggered:
Action failed
-----> Restart failed for task ABC
----------> Restart not possible; posting on DD.MM.YYYY blocked
Save failed

Cause

The period of year YYYY month MM is blocked, and there is no corresponding process control.

Resolution

This is system standard behavior.
