Symptom

  • The issue pertains to the absence of a comment option in the print output for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
  • The user is unable to view or print comments on the goal management platform.

Environment

Admin Tools, Settings, Permissions.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the goal management platform in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
  2. Attempt to print the goals.
  3. Notice the absence of the comment option in the print output.

Resolution

  1. Ensure that comments are enabled in the goal plan.
  2. Add some text in the comments section of the goal plan.
  3. If no comments are entered, the comment option will not appear in the print output options.
