3531047 - ITS sessions are logged off after 5 minutes of inactivity despite all timeout parameters have higher values

Symptom

ITS sessions (e.g. WebGUI, or services commonly used by handheld devices / "RF Guns") are terminated by the SAP system after being idle for 5 minutes.

The relevant parameters ("rdisp/gui_auto_logout" and "http/security_session_timeout") are set to values higher than 5 minutes.
