3531114 - Missing Region and District fields in Quick Action template for Address Change - Unable to Save Address- for Romanian and Hungarian Employees

• When attempting to change the address via Quick Action for Romanian and Hungarian employees, the system displays errors due to missing fields:
  • For Romania: "Region" and "District" fields are missing.
  • For Hungary: "Door" and "Extra Address Line" fields are missing.
    
    
• Additionally, the following error message is displayed for Romanian employees:
  • "******* is not the expected value for ******* Code because you selected Region. Please select a valid ******* Code or select a different value for Region."
    
    
• Users are unable to save the address change due to these missing fields and the ******** Code error.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Attempt to change the address using the Quick Action feature for Romanian and Hungarian employees.
2. Missing fields for Romania: Region and District. Or Missing fields for Hungary: Door and Extra Address Line.
3. On submission, for Romanian employees, the error "******** is not the expected value for ******* Code because you selected Region" is displayed.
4. The address cannot be saved due to the missing fields and ********** Code error.

This issue occurs due to two main factors:

1. Field Limitation in Quick Action
   The Quick Action feature for address change has a limitation of 12 fields. Both Romania and Hungary require more than 12 fields for a complete address, causing the system to omit essential fields:

   • For Romania: Region and District.
   • For Hungary: Door and Extra Address Line.

2. District Code Mismatch Error
   For Romanian employees, when the Region field is missing in Quick Action, the system encounters a mismatch between the District Code and the selected Region. This causes the error message:
   "******** is not the expected value for ****** Code because you selected Region. Please select a valid ****** Code or select a different value for Region."

   Since Region is not available in Quick Action, the system cannot validate the code correctly, resulting in the error.

2. Alternative Approach
   Users should edit addresses via the Home Address portlet in the User's Personal Information section. This method allows input of all necessary fields, including Region and District Code for Romania, without the limitations posed by Quick Action.

3. Consider Enhancement Request
