3531220 - "Billable Amounts" button in GJVV does not display billable entries - Error message G5856  is raised

Symptom

When using option "Billable Amounts" in GJVV no entries are displayed despite billable entries exists for a given venture.

Error message G5856-"No billable amounts available for the Joint Venture"  is raised despite you have billable entries.
