Cause
The duration defined in the mass production lot closure run affects the horizon defined in the Business Configuration for the production lot closure strategy and vice versa.
We can observe that in Business configuration settings for production lot closure strategy, you have maintained horizon in days as 5 days.
Due to the Business Configuration settings, the production lot closure will be Production end + Horizon days.
In the system lot schedule run, we can see you have only maintained the Run Horizon as XX hours.
The lot closure run will consider the production lot closure date before the production schedule date + Run Horizon.
Due to the duration in Business Configuration settings, the affected production lots did not close.
Resolution
The system is working as expected.
