3531286 - Clock-out Option Not Appearing in the Dropdown when creating Manual Time Event

• When creating a Manual Time Event, the clock-out option is not available in the dropdown.
• Other Time Event types defined as "Stop" type are also not available in the dropdown. 

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Access the time sheet UI, a clock-in time event has been created. 
2. Attempt to create a clock-out Manual Time Event.
3. The clock-out time event type is not available in the dropdown. 

The clock-out Manual Time Event is created in a different time zone than the existing clock-in time event.

The time offset of existing time events can be checked in the Manage Clock In Clock Out page. 

When the user is creating a Manual Time Event from the timesheet UI, ensure the time offset of PC or mobile is consistent with existing time events.

When the user is creating a Manual Time Event from the Manage Clock In Clock Out page, the time offset can be chosen manually.
