3531286 - Clock-out Option Not Appearing in the Dropdown when creating Manual Time Event

• When creating a Manual Time Event, the clock-out option is not available in the dropdown menu.
• Other Time Event types defined as "Stop" type are also not available in the dropdown menu. 

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Access the time sheet UI, a clock-in time event has been created. 
2. Attempt to create a clock-out Manual Time Event.
3. The clock-out time event type is not available in the dropdown. 

The clock-out Manual Time Event is created in a different time zone than the existing clock-in time event.

The time offset of existing time events can be checked in the Manage Clock In Clock Out page. 

When the user is creating a Manual Time Event from the timesheet UI, ensure the time zone of the device (laptop or mobile) is consistent with the time offset of existing time events.

When the user is creating a Manual Time Event from the Manage Clock In Clock Out page, the time offset can be chosen manually.
