3531301 - Dump CONVT_OVERFLOW occurs when entering "31.12.9999" as the basic finish date for WBS element in CJ20N

Symptom

In transaction code CJ20N, when entering the basic finish date as "31.12.9999" in the Dates tab of a WBS element, a dump occurs. This issue started happening after the S4HANA 2021 release.
