3531301 - Dump CONVT_OVERFLOW occurs when entering "31.12.9999" as the finish date for WBS element in CJ20N

Symptom

 In transaction code CJ20N, a dump occurs when the basic/actual finish date is entered as "31.12.9999" in the "Dates" tab of the WBS element. This issue occurs in versions after S4HANA 2021.
