  1. Accessing the SAP Successfactors Work Zone via Mobile Browser

          2. Scan the QR code to log in to the application.
          3. After logging in, observe that the content and the cards are showing "Restricted Content".

Cause

The customer's system uses a fully custom domain, which is inconsistent with SAP's main domain (ondemand.com). As a result, when "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" is enabled for Safari/Google Chrome or "Allow Cross-Website Tracking" is disabled for Work Zone Application, cookies cannot be shared across the different domains. This causes image requests to be blocked.

Resolution

For Safari/Chrome users:

Disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking." The steps outlined in this guide can be followed : https://support.apple.com/en-hk/guide/safari/sfri40732/mac

For Work Zone Mobile Application users:
   - Ensure the application is updated to version 1.7.17.
   - Alternatively, navigate to the Work Zone application settings and then enable "Allow Cross-Website Tracking."
