3531411 - SF DRTM Master Data Purge job did not purge learning user from LMS

After executing the DRTM master data purge, the target user was not purged from LMS even though the purge job completed successfully.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Submit the DRTM master data purge request in an LMS-integrated instance for a specific user.
2. Approve the purge request.
3. After the purge was completed, verify that the target user was not purged in LMS instance.

• The user is an LMS only user whose "User Source System" is Learning. (Or "LMS-ORIGIN" field is marked as Yes)
• DRTM master data purge from Platform will ignore the LMS only users.

1. Check the LMS user's "User Source System" field and make sure it is SuccessFactors Platform
2. If it is not SuccessFactors Platform, please follow KBA 3454463 to correct the user's Source System.
3. After correcting "User Source System", initiate the purge job from Platform.
