3531639 - Malfunction Data tab is not available for proactive maintenance order in app Perform Maintenance Jobs - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Need to report malfunction data for proactive maintenance order(YA02) but 'Malfunction Data' tab is not available in app 'Perform Maintenance Jobs'.

'Malfunction Data' tab is available for reactive maintenance order(YA01) which has maintenance notification assigned.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create proactive maintenance order without maintenance notification assigned.

2. Release maintenance order.

3. Dispatch maintenance order operation and assign to user.

4. Enter app 'Perform Maintenance Jobs', select operation to enter detail page.

5. See 'Malfunction Data' tab is not available.

'Malfunction Data' is enabled only if the order has an associated notification as described in Help documentation: Report Malfunction

Define Plant-Order type-Action(Enable Create Notification Option for Recording Malfunction) combination in configuration activity 105952 - 'Define Control Parameters for Perform Maintenance Jobs'. 

The configuration will enable malfunction data recording for order type YA02. After malfunction data recorded, system will automatically create a maintenance notification assigned to the maintenance order.
