Operation disappear from app 'Perform Maintenance Jobs' after clicking Assign to Me.

This issue most happens when order has task list assigned.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter app 'Perform Maintenance Jobs'.

2. Set filter 'Responsibilities' as 'All Jobs', click 'Go'.

3. Select the operation which to be recorded, click 'Assign to Me'.

4. The operation disappear from result list.

The application logic around system status 'DSPT' is independent from the phase model. After the activation of this system status, this system status might not remain active. The life time of this system status is highly dependent on scheduling. When the order/operation has been updated and scheduling is triggered, this might result in the de-activation of this system status. 

There's one field 'Unit of Duration' which is a scheduling related field. If this field is blank before operation assigned to responsible person, once user click 'Assign to Me', this unit field will be updated with a value (most likely 'H'). After this change, the order is saved and scheduling is executed so that the system status DSPT will be de-activated. As a consequence, the only remaining active system status is REL so that the operation is going back to subphase 'In Preparation'. Operation with subphase 'In Preparation' will not be displayed in app 'Perform Maintenance Jobs' as this is the system design.

This issue actually doesn't matter whether the operations come from task list or created manually, as long as the operation's 'Unit of Duration' is not empty, the operation will not disappear after 'Assign to Me'.

'Calculation Key' can be used so that the duration can be calculated automatically by setting value to '1'.

For task list operation, the default calculation key value can be set through configuration activity 106446 - Define Profiles with Default Values for Task Lists.
