3531686 - 2-Hour Gap in Ticket Creation Time Between SAP CRM and BW After SP28 Upgrade

Symptom

After the SP28 upgrade of SAP CRM system, a new ticket creation time is generated that is 2 hours ahead in Datasource  /EIC/DEIC_INDEX_TRAN compared to the PHC source table /EIC/DEIC_INDEX.

This issue is identified by the problem field with the technical name "CREATED_AT", which is the same field in the CRM table.

The issue can be reproduced by running the transaction code RSA3 and applying sample document numbers as filters in CRM, or by doing selective full loading in BW.

The field value appears as 2 hours ahead in BW PSA, compared to the one in the CRM source table.
