3531747 - Unexpected value in the zip code field - Recruiting Posting

During the creation process of a posting in Recruiting Posting, the zip code transmitted from Recruiting Management to Recruiting Posting is not the expected value.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Posting

1. Post a job externally in Recruiting Management / Recruiting Marketing
2. Start a posting creation from the Recruiting Posting Job Table status
3. When the fields completion page is displayed, the zip code is populated with an unexpected value

Due to an unexpected behavior from the system, when a field mapping is set up for the field "Zip code (picklist)", it has been observed that in some rare cases the option ID of the zip code is getting retrieved from RCM to RPO, instead of the label itself. 

In order to remedy this situation, it is advised to:

1. Delete the Recruiting Posting field mapping "Zip code (picklist)"
2. Launch an OData API metadata refresh in Recruiting Management
3. Create the mapping again in Recruiting Posting
