The summary of documents displayed to the HR personnel after the onboardee has completed New Employee Step (NES) contains outdated versions of the documents.

The onboardee receives the current versions of the documents during the onboarding process, but the summary holds older versions due to lack of updates in the reference files.

This issue happens due to the lack of updates in reference files.

The Document Summary is generated only after the NES step of Onboarding. It is not possible to update the Document Summary after the candidate's hiring is completed.
