3531852 - "No transaction handler installed" while sending IDoc to PO IDoc_AAE Adapter

Symptom

When sending IDocs to PO (AEX) system via PO IDoc_AAE sender channel, below error is occurring in the sender S4 system:

No transaction handler is installed. Unable to process tRFC/qRFC requests.

Issue might be occurring consistently, or intermittently.
