3531855 - Unavailability of Manage Users Option in EC-Enabled Instances

Symptom

Despite possessing the necessary permissions, the Manage Users option is not available in the instance.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance.
  2. In Action Search, search for "Manage users".

Cause

The instance is EC-enabled.

Resolution

  1. Manage Users is not a feature available in EC-enabled instances due to the effective dating aspect of Employee Central.
