Not able to assign existing maintenance item while creating maintenance plan in app 'Manage Maintenance Plans'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter app 'Manage Maintenance Plans'.

2. Click 'Create' to enter detail page.

3. Select 'Maintenance Item' tab, see only 'Create Item' option available, cannot assign existing maintenance item.

This is the system design to create new maintenance item during maintenance plan creation in app 'Manage Maintenance Plans'.

In app 'Manage Maintenance Plans', assign existing maintenance item to maintenance plan while updating is supported, as mentioned in Help documentation Manage Maitenance Plans:

"While updating a maintenance plan, you can assign an existing maintenance item to the plan. To create a maintenance item, go to Manage Maintenance Items app. For more information, see Manage Maintenance Items."

To assign existed item during maintenance plan creation, use app 'Create Maintenance Plan'.
