1. Long text of maintenance notification is not copied to maintenance order while order type is not YA01.

2. After maintenance order saved, warning message 'priority of notification was not copied to order' raised.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create maintenance notification with type 'Y1'.

2. Enter app 'Manage Maintenance Notifications and Orders', find the maintenance notification.

3. Select the notification, click 'Create Order', select maintenance order type 'YA02' or 'YA03'. 

4. See the long text of notification is not copied into maintenance order.

5. After saving, warning message 'priority of notification was not copied to order' raised.

1. Current system configuration for notification and order integration, long text can be only be copied from Y1 notification to YA01 maintenance order.

2. Due to priority type for Y1 (Reactive Work) notification is Y1, for YA02 (Proactive Maintenance) order is Y2, for YA03 (Improvement Maintenance) order is Y3. Warning 'priority of notification was not copied to order' is expected behavior as the priority type difference between notification and order.
