3532179 - Archive and Print option not appearing in the instance

Symptom

Archive & Print option is missing in Classic reporting

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to Report Center

2. go to Classing Reporting

3. Archive & Print option is not available

Cause

Missing provisioning setting (enablement)

Resolution

One of the possible reasons is that the setting for "Enable Archive & Print" is not enabled in the provisioning in Company setting.

Please select this feature and save it.

If you do not have provisioning access please raise a ticket for support to enable the feature.
