3532247 - Inconsistent Date in Registered Product's Detailed Inventory Tracking and Production Confirmation

• Disparity in the Processed On Date in the Production Confirmation and the Production Lot Date in Registered Product's Detailed Inventory Tracking.
• The inconsistency in dates hinders the ability to accurately track inventory.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Service Entitlements work center.
2. Go to the Registered Products view.
3. Search for the relevant Registered Product ID.
4. The Registered Product has the Status Active.
5. Click Edit.
6. Go to the Detailed Inventory Tracking tab.
7. The Date for the Movement Production Lot is: xy.mm.yyyy (xy.mm.yyyy represents a calendar date).
8. Open the Production Lot and navigate to the Confirmations tab.
9. Check Production Confirmation where the relevant Serial Number is confirmed and this was processed on yz.mm.yyyy (yz.mm.yyyy represents a calendar date).

The production lot was created on xy.mm.yyyy and the product confirmation was created on yz.mm.yyyy. However, in the detailed inventory tracking, Production Lot was completed on zz.mm.yyyy. The date in the movement history shows the production lot completed date, not the creation date.

The system is working as designed. The date in the movement history reflects the production lot completion date, not the creation date.
