  • An issue arises when an approver attaches a document during the approval process in the Purchase Requisition Processing function of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4 On Premise. 
  • The Purchase Requisition (PR) requestor is unable to view the attachment added by the approver.
