3532525 - Setting In-preparation stage to completed stage in PO output messages in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• An issue arises when attempting to set the In-preparation stage to the completed stage in purchase order output messages manually.
• Action Set to Completed is not available for the current item status In Preparation" when attempting to set the In-preparation stage to the completed stage.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Select the purchase order with the In-preparation stage.
2. Attempt to manually set the In-preparation stage to the completed stage.

1. Navigate to the messages screen of PO output (ME22N or similar app).
2. Select the output item that is in preparation.
3. Click on the Send Output button.
4. Go back and save the Purchase Order.
5. The status should now be in Completed.
