3532540 - Error M2 002 "Info structure S002 does not exist" with VA01 in “Best Practice” client

Symptom

  • When creating a Sales Order via transaction VA01, you are facing an express information that informs about the cancelation of the update. Error message is M2 002 "Info structure S002 does not exist".
  • The system try to update the info structure S002 when saving a sales order although there is no content in the TMC4 for this.
