3532603 - Issue with Delivery Proposal Creation for Customer Return Document in Outbound Logistics

• A delivery proposal is not created for a customer return document.
• The expected delivery proposal against the customer return document is not visible in the Outbound Logistics work center..

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics work center.
2. Proceed to the Delivery Control view and select the Delivery Proposals sub-view.
3. Search for the expected delivery proposal against the customer return document.

The issue arises due to the non-execution of the Request Outbound Delivery action from the customer return.

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Navigate to the Returns view.
3. Search and select the relevant customer return document.
4. Choose the relevant action.
5. If the proposal needs to be created for all the line items in the return, choose the Request Outbound Delivery button.
6. If the proposal needs to be created for selected line items, navigate to the Items tab.
7. After selecting the relevant line items, choose the Request Outbound Delivery button in the Items tab.

The system will then create a delivery proposal for the selected line items.
