Symptom
You are using the Customer Insights tab in your accounts and you would like to know the standard logic behind the sections visits, opportunities and sales orders.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Open the Accounts view.
- Open account ABC (where ABC is the ID of an account).
- Click in the Customer Insights tab.
Resolution
Visits : only Open and In Process are considered;
Opportunity : only Open and In Process are considered and opportunity having expected revenue greater than 0;
Sales orders : Current Sales orders (from January to till date of the current year) and previous year (from January to till date of the previous year) are considered and then year on year growth would be calculated.
Example (considering today as date where this KBA is created, Oct 24 2024):
- Current year sales orders date range (as of today) - Start Date : 2024-01-01T00:00:00 and End Date : 2024-10-24T06:17:54
- Previous year sales orders date range (as of today) - Start Date : 2023-01-01T00:00:00 and End Date : 2023-10-24T06:17:54
